Description: This feature class contains points representing Fire and EMS stations in Manatee County. Many EMS units are housed at various fire district stations. However, some EMS units are housed in their own stations. There are also fire district stations which do not house EMS units. Use the STA_FUN column to distinguish between these. In that attribute, F stands for a Fire Station only, FE stands for a Fire Station which houses an EMS unit, E stands for a stand-alone EMS station, and FM stands for the Fire Station at Myakka City which supports a Basic Life Support unit.
