Can I change my billing from paperless to a paper bill?

  1. Access the Account Overview page, and under Account Details, click Change Method.
  2. Click on [Update Statement Delivery Method]. You will receive an email confirming the change to paper billing.

Can I change my billing to a paperless bill notification?

Absolutely, and as a Green Certified entity, we encourage this!

  1. Access the Account Overview page, and under Account Details, click Change Method.
  2. Enter your email address where you wish the statement to be sent. Click on [Update Statement Delivery Method]. You will receive an email confirming the change to paperless billing notification.

How can I see my current and past billing statements?

  1. On the Account Overview screen, click on Statements on the left navigation area, and you will see the listing of billing statements.
  2. Click on Statement next to the statement date you wish to view, and a .pdf file will open.

How can I prevent the browser session from closing?

  • If you have finished viewing your statement you may simply click the [back] button within your web brower to return to the previous page. However, if you use "tabbed browsing," you may need to close the individual tab to return to the Utilities Account Statements page.
