Bennett Park, located near I-75, combines classic park recreational opportunities with conservation areas perfect for nature walks and wildlife viewing. Manatee County purchased the majority of the 200 acre park in April 2003 with assistance from the Florida Communities Trust under the Florida Forever Program.

   Driving Directions:

  • From I-75 use Exit 220 SR-64
  • Head West on SR-64 for .8 miles
  • Turn right on Cypress Creek Blvd
  • In .3 miles Bennett Park will be on the left side.

Park Hours:
   Sunup to Sundown
   Unless otherwise posted or as allowed by special permits, park is open Sunup to Sundown.

Amenities:  Pavilion includes 4 tables which seat 32 and a large grill. A drinking fountain, restroom facility, open play fields, playground and sand volleyball courts are open to the public.


Fee:  $50.00/53.25 with tax….electric included.
