Thankful Thanksgiving Cooking Demo 

Chef Warren explains how to cook a Thanksgiving meal without losing your mind and will discuss how to roast a turkey so every part comes out tender, easier ways to make gravy that is quick and lump free, how to make a large meal in a small kitchen and how to ensure your turkey stays moist when reheated. Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy dish that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 15 minutes. Chef Warren Bio

 

Warren Caterson is a chef and full-time writer who studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts. He is the award-winning author of Table for Two: The Cookbook for Couples, "Table for Two: Back for Seconds"  and the upcoming "Cooking Outside the Lines: Musings of an Extemporaneous Chef " (Winfield & Scott Press). As someone who grew up in a family that loved to cook and whose household on Long Island Sound bustled every weekend with dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins and neighbors, Chef Warren learned early-on the benefit of good food and good drink with good friends. In addition to writing, he travels extensively presenting his informative and entertaining cooking demonstrations at Food & Wine Festivals, Home and Garden Shows, Conventions and other events. He resides in Sarasota, Florida.
