Florida Statute 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of vehicular demands.
The name of this project is Pope Road Phase 2A and Malachite Drive Phase 2. As part of the Development Agreement, Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District is required to turnover the required improvements.
On March 26, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners accepted a Performance Agreement to ensure the water, sanitary sewer, drainage , and paving for this project would be completed.
On March 12, 2014, the development was issued a Certificate of Completion. The developer has competed all the required improvements and the Board of County Commissioners accepted the deed on August 27, 2013.
