Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapter 125, Florida Statutes. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addressed the potable water system.

Background Discussion
Gristmill/Masthead, LLC, is required to dedicate a 60 square foot utility easement to Manatee County. This waterline will service the new Wawa location at 4459 State Road 64 East in Bradenton.
