Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system. 

Background Discussion
RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. is required to dedicate a 100 square foot permanent utilities easement for access and maintenance of a water meter for the new RaceTrac at 3004 53rd Avenue East (State Road 70).
