Background Discussion

Antonio Camarillo is respectfully requesting a Partial Release of Lien for him as it pertains to the property located at 1221 61st Ave E Bradenton, FL. Antonio co-signed for his brother (Miguel Angel Camarillo) who had possession of the property before he was deported. Antonio was in the process of refinancing his property when this lien came up, which he had no knowledge of because his brother lived there and not him.

Once Antonio Camarillo learned of the lien he came to code enforcement. He also went to the property and abated the violations (trash & debris) for his brother.

The fines and liens will remain attached to the property that was in violation at 1221 61st Ave E, Bradenton, FL, PIN 5848610001 and any or all other real or personal property owned by Miguel Angel Camarillo.
