FDOT is currently acquiring a right-of-way and seeks to acquire Parcel 802.2 as a permanent easement for a Lighting and Sidewalk Improvement Project along US 41 (14th Street). However, prior to doing so, FDOT has requested a subordination of interest from Manatee County for a Sidewalk Easement in favor of Manatee County which encumbers Parcel 802.2.
A departmental review was completed as requested in RLS 14-114 and no departments had any interest or objection in the project.
