Florida Statutes FS 125 Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands. Comprehensive Plan Goals 11.5-11.7 addresses the potable water system.
As a condition of the final site plan, an approval of a two foot wide strip additional right of way was required on Orlando Avenue and a Utility Easement was required for ingress, egress, construction, installation, and maintenance of utility facilities.
Cortez Plaza South Parking Addition is the project name for this dedication.
The subject property is located at the northeast corner of 14th Street West and Orlando Avenue.
