Action Requested

Adopt Resolution R-13-163, with corrected Attachment A, which replaces Resolution R-13-039 that was adopted on February 26, 2013, for Removal of Uncollectible EMS Accounts for Accounts Receivable.

Background Discussion

Resolution R-13-039 was adopted on February 26, 2013, but contained scriveners errors.  Attachment A provided incorrect fiscal year dates, fiscal years 2008-2012, with subtotals.  Corrected Attachment A provides the corrected fiscal year dates 2009-2012, with subtotals. The total amount of the write off the Board adopted was correct, and remains the same. R-13-163 is repealing R-13-039.
