Background Discussion
  • Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Agreement No. LP41016 was executed by the Board on September 27, 2016.  The project consists of restoring hydrology and surface water flow to a tributary of the Manatee River in Duette Preserve. 
  • Change Order #1 reallocates the budget between the tasks in the grant work plan with no cost increase or time extension.
