On September 10, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) adopted Resolution R-13-128 and executed the Subordination of County Utility Interests for Parcel 125.4. However, given a change in the legal description, FDOT has requested the BCC ADOPT a new resolution and Execute a Corrective Deed for Parcel 125.4.
The property is located north of 60th Avenue West on the west side of U.S. 41 (14th Street).
