Subordination of Utility Interests to the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Parcel 100.3 located at the southwest corner of US Highway 41 and Bayshore Gardens Parkway.

Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Comprehensive Plan, Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands.
The State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has an ongoing project for signal improvements along US Highway 41.
A subordination is required by the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for this project. Two (2) easements were dedicated to Manatee County; on August 28, 1974, a Utility Easement from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Manatee County, and on September 22, 1999, a Pedestrian Sidewalk and Street Lighting Easement from Republic Bank. The State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is willing to pay for the relocation of the Utility's facilities, if necessary.
