  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Jeffrey J. Liegel, as Realty Manager for S&L Properties Bradenton, LLC; and
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Bank of Wisconsin Dells.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
S&L Properties Bradenton, LLC, is required to dedicate a 100 square foot utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the water meter.
