  • Accept and Record Temporary Turnaround and Utility Easement from Divosta Homes, L.P. (includes Consent from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District); and
  • Accept and Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Michael Woolery, as Vice President of Land Acquisitions of Divosta Homes, L.P.

Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
  • Mallory Park is a new home community located in Lakewood Ranch.
  • A temporary non-exclusive turnaround easement is required by Manatee County Public Safety for the purpose of access, ingress, egress, maintenance of Manatee County infrastructure, and for the ability of emergency vehicles to turn around on the platted road known as Anchor Bay Trail.
  • A temporary non-exclusive utility easement is required by Manatee County Utilities Department for the purpose of constructing, installing, operating, repairing, and maintaining potable water and sanitary sewer facilities with right of access.
