  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from the School Board of Manatee County; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Charlie Kennedy, Chairperson of the School Board of Manatee County.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
An addition to Johnson Middle School requires a water meter.  This utility easement will serve as access and maintenance to said water meter.
