The Utilities Department works with outside consultants annually to review the water and wastewater rates to ensure adequate funding for operations, capital projects, debt obligations, and cash reserves. The attached Resolutions establish water and wastewater rates for two years. These rate increases will provide financial stability, repair and rehabilitation of aging infrastructure, and support its excellent bond ratings.
