FDOT is currently acquiring right-of-way and seeks to acquire Parcel 114.3 in fee for a Lighting and Sidewalk Improvement Project along US 41 (14th Street). However, prior to doing so, FDOT has requested a quitclaim deed from Manatee County for a pre-existing Easement Encroachment Agreement in favor of Manatee County which encumbers Parcel 114.3.
