Action Requested
  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from LWRG Developments, LLC for access to inspect and read water meters and sanitary sewer system for property located at 4235 Solutions Lane, Bradenton, Florida and;
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Laura Parraga, as Managing Member for LWRG Developments, LLC and;
  • Record Joinder and Consent from Regions Bank, a Foreign Profit Corporation.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
LWRG Developments, LLC is required to dedicate a 250 square foot public utility easement for access to inspect and maintain the potable water system and sanitary sewer system.
