Execution of Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Permanent Easement from North Swell Properties, LLC, in the amount of $7,200.00.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.

Background Discussion
  • The Satellite Lift Station N1H project requires safety improvements for rehabilitation of pumps, controls, and an emergency generator to extend service life.
  • A 1,250 square foot permanent utility easement and a 1,500 square foot permanent access easement are required for the project. 
  • A settlement was reached in the amount of $7,200.00 inclusive of improvements for landscaping and perimeter fencing. 
  • The settlement eliminates possible additional costs for litigation fees or expert witness fees associated with this agreement.
