Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement 26583 for a 36-inch Water Main Crossing

Action Requested
Authorize execution of Sovereignty Submerged Lands Easement 26583 with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapter 125, Florida Statutes

Background Discussion

This easement is for the 36” water transmission line from the East County Well Field to the Lake Manatee Water Plant where it is located along S.R. 64  and crosses (either subaqueously or aerially) sovereignty submerged lands along that route.

The current term for the existing easement, dated February 8, 1985, has expired and this easement provides for continued use of the water main crossing.

There are no changes to the easement.
