Background Discussion
  • On October 2, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners accepted a Conservation Easement from Prospect Bradenton Investments, LLC and Palma Sola Bay Development, Inc.
  • The Conservation Easement is recorded in O.R. Box 2539, Page 81.
  • The property owners' attorney has notified the County that the Palma Sola Bay Development Inc. has filed a Declaration of Condominium causing the property subject to the previously approved Conservation Easement to be common elements and part of a condominium. Thus, the developer who formed the condominium need to be made a party to the Conservation Easement.
  • None of the substantive terms and conditions of the Conservation Easement have been changed, only another party added as Grantor providing the easement to Manatee County.
