Accept the Release of non-vehicular ingress and egress easement
1. Leslie Horton Gladfelter, Esquire, Grimes Goebel Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter & Galvano, P.L., agent for the owner, is requesting a release of a non-vehicular ingress/egress easement for a parcel generally located at the southeast corner of Lockwood Ridge and SR 70 in the West Lake Plaza shopping center.
2. The previously recorded Non-vehicular Ingress & Egress Easement (OR Book 1427, Page 3678, Public records of Manatee County, Florida, February 14, 1994) was not accepted by the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida. Board acceptance is required for the Easement to be effective.
3. The Easement did not create any rights in the public.
4. The existence of the Easement interferes with the development of the property and the current owner is requesting that the County release the Easement of record.
