Florida Statutes FS 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goals 11.5-11.7 address the potable water system.

Background Discussion
Taylor Morrison of Florida, Inc., is required to dedicate a ten (10)foot wide public utility easement along Pope Road for access and maintenance of a water main.
