  • Release Required Improvements Agreement and Temporary Construction Easement for Private Improvements – Final Lift of Asphalt; and
  • Release Surety Bond No. 5034311 and any Riders associated with this surety bond, in the Amount of $418,084.42

Background Discussion

On November 27, 2012, the Board of County Commissioners accepted a Private Improvements Agreement (Performance) to ensure the final lift of asphalt would be completed for this project.  On April 2, 2014, the developer passed the final lift of asphalt inspection conducted by the Public Works Infrastructure Inspections Division.  The developer has completed all the required private improvements required by Manatee County in order to release this Agreement and security.
