Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion

Buffalo-Anderson Associates, LLC, and WR-I Associates, Ltd., are required to dedicate a 600 square foot permanent utility easement for access and maintenance of a water meter.

The easement is required for the new Ker's Winghouse at 2015 60th Street East, Ellenton, Florida 34222.
