I move to continue the public hearing for PDR-18-13(Z)(G) to March 21, 2019 at 1:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as same may be heard at the Manatee County Government Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Patricia M. Glass Chambers.

• The applicant is seeking a rezone from A-1 (Suburban Agricultural) to PD-R (Planned Development – Residential) on ±41.87-acre site
• The site is located on the west side of Prospect Road, north of Tallevast Road and south of Whitfield Ave, commonly known as 7330, 7380, and 7416 Prospect Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 (Manatee County).
• The applicant has submitted a General Development Plan as part of the rezoning application
• On February 14, 2019, by a vote of 6 – 0, the Planning Commission recommended approval. Mr. Rutledge was absent.
• A summary of the public comments heard at the February 14, 2019 Planning Commission public hearing are in the staff report attached to this memo.
