MANATEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT GOAL 2.4, ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES IN ALL DEVELOPED OR DEVELOPING AREAS. The project has been issued a Certificate of Level of Service for Potable, Solid Waste, Sanitary Sewer, Transit, Drainage, Traffic, and Fire Protection, Objective 2.4.2 Concurrency, CLOS-04-0116.



Background Discussion

The Final Subdivision Re-Plat to correct the ownership entity name on sheet 2 of 45 of the Mylar in the first paragraph under the “Certificate of Ownership" and on sheet 2 of 45 above Kevin R. Brown, Senior Vice President’s signature under the “Certificate of Ownership." The correct mane is “Toll FL XIII Limited Partnership, A Florida Limited Partnership.”
