Action Requested

Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from SMT Auto, LLC, for property located at 5400 14th Street West for a public utilities easement; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Stanley M Thompson, Managing Member; and Record Joinder and Consents from Gateway Bank of Southwest Florida.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and Comprehensive Plan Goal 11.5-11.7 Address the potable water system.

Background Discussion

SMT Auto, LLC, located at 14th Street West, is required to dedicate a 10' wide public utilities easement for access to inspect and read the water meter and fire alarm.
