Background Discussion
  • On January 26, 2016 the Board of County Commissioners executed a Contract for Sale and Purchase from Perico Roadways Inc. in the amount of $40,000.00.
  • This acquisition will allow Manatee County to explore  building a connector trail that will allow access from the Robinson Preserve South Access Point into Perico Preserve.
