Accept Permanent Utilities Easement from Keith 1, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Terri Scherer, Manager, Keith 1, LLC.
Florida Statutes, Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1-9.2 addresses sanitary sewer systems.
On April 4, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners executed a contract with Keith 1, LLC, in the amount of $2,700 for the purchase of a 15 foot permanent utilities easement, required for the Force Main 1M rehabilitation project, for ingress, egress, construction, and maintenance of underground drainage and utilities facilities for property located at 66th Street West and Cortez Road.
Additional attorney fees in the amount of $2,000 were payable to Grimes, Goebel.
A closing was held on May 8, 2017, at which time the Permanent Utilities Easement was recorded in O.R. Book 2673, Page 34, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
