Background Discussion
The U.S. 301 (SR 43) at Fort Hamer Road Intersection Improvement Project is a CIP project.

The County acquired Parcels 103 and 106 from landowner Lydia G. Herrera by Stipulated Order of Taking and Final Judgment entered on January 2, 2013.

As a part of the settlement, the landowner agreed to grant a limited Right-of-Entry Easement to Manatee County for the sole purpose of demolition of those portions of the garage building located outside the right-of-way.

The Right-of-Entry Easement is hereby presented to the Board of County Commissioners for acceptance and recording.
