Execute Permanent Easement Agreement from Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy for property located at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasting vehicular demands.

Background Discussion

On May 20, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners executed the Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Permanent Easement with Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy for improved sight visibility and increased overall safety of motorists and pedestrians at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive, Bradenton, Florida, in the amount of $28,650.

On June, 5, 2014, a closing was conducted with Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy for this easement.
