  • Accept and Record Permanent Utilities Easement from MVP Lakewood Ranch, LLC; and
  • Accept and Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Nicholas Reader, as Director for Captiva MVP Restaurant Partners, LLC, the manager for MVP Lakewood Ranch, LLC.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125, and Manatee County Comprehensive  Plan Goal 9.1- 9.2 address the sanitary sewer systems. 

Background Discussion
MVP Lakewood Ranch, LLC, is required to dedicate a 440 square foot permanent utility easement for the Force Main Tara 20 Parallel to Lena Road Project #6079881.
