Based upon the staff report, evidence presented, comments made at the Public Hearing, the action of the Planning Commission, and finding the request to be CONSISTENT with the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan and the Manatee County Land Development Code, as conditioned herein, I move to ADOPT the Manatee County Zoning Ordinance No. Z-16-09, as recommended by Planning Commission.

• The 1.51± acre vacant site (65,775 square feet) is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Moccasin Wallow Road and Ellenton-Gillette Road. The current request is for a straight rezone from A-1 (Suburban Agriculture) to NC-M (Neighborhood Commercial - Medium).
