Florida Statutes – FS 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan - Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement and maintenance of natural land and water resources.
A Conservation Easement was required by the Natural Resources Department in accordance with the Land Development Code to protect the wetlands on the property.
The subject property is located at 14th Street West and north of 57th Avenue West.
Honda Bradenton is the name of the project for this dedication. The easement area contains 34,059 square feet.
The conveyance documents are hereby presented for acceptance and recording.
