On June 17, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners executed a Permanent Easement Agreement from Park L. Weldy and Carol S. Weldy for property located at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive. The Permanent Easement Agreement is for improved sight visibility and increased overall safety of motorists and pedestrians at the intersection of El Conquistador Parkway and Bayside Drive.
