  • Record Consent to Permanent Utility Easement from Rex Jensen, Chairman of the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses the sanitary sewer system.

Background Discussion

A permanent utility easement is required to accommodate an off-site sanitary sewer force main. The permanent utility easement is 382,413 square feet.
