  • Accept and Record Warranty Deed from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; and
  • Record Permanent Utilities Easement from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District; and
  • Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District.

Enabling/Regulating Authority

Florida Statutes, Chapter 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.1 addresses sanitary sewer systems. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasting vehicular demands.

Background Discussion
  • The newly developed Luxe at Lakewood Ranch Apartments will require a utility easement for the lift station and the dedication of Silver Palm Boulevard.
  • The Silver Palm Boulevard right-of-way is 71,059 square feet and will accommodate future growth in the area.
