Background Discussion
  • On October 10, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners executed a Contract for Sale and Purchase from Rye Ranch, LLC.
  • County Road 675 canal improvements are located in the Gamble Creek Watershed.
  • The proposed addition of a 20' wide maintenance shoulder will improve road safety and provide a safe area for maintenance personnel.
  • The transaction has closed and the deed has been recorded. This agenda item is to accept the deed and record the deed in Board Records only.
