Background Discussion

A Utility Easement was required for ingress, egress, construction, installation, maintenance and operation of public utility facilities and reading of water meters.

Best Buy Mobile is the name of the project for this dedication. The easement area contains 100 square feet.

The subject property is located south of Cortez Road and east of U.S. 41 North Tamiami Trail.

The conveyance documents are hereby presented for acceptance and/or recording.
