Florida Statutes Chapter 125 and Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goals 9.5 addresses the potable water system.
Cortez Avenue, LLC is required to dedicate a 255 square foot utility easement for the master meter improvements project at the Gates of Bradenton apartment living complex.
The purpose of the project is to update and secure water distribution to the complex. The new meters will be easier to read and prevent contamination to the water supply system.
The project encompasses relocation, construction, and installation for the new master meter along with removing the existing master meter and remediation of the existing location within the complex.
