Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan-Goal 3.3 addresses protection, enhancement, and maintenance of natural land and water resources.

Background Discussion
A Conservation Easement is required in accordance with the Manatee County Land Development Code to protect the wetlands on the property.  The subject property is located at 2550 Tallevast Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243.  The easement area contains 68,571 square feet.  Additionally, the conservation easement is required prior to any future area development.
