Execution of Contract for Sale and Purchase for a Permanent Easement from 57th Avenue Partnership for $9,800, for property located at 1411 57th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida.
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes. Comprehensive Plan, Goal 11.5-11.7, addresses the potable water system.
The Suburban Water Lines Project, Phase 3, was approved in the FY 2008-2012 CIP.
On February 22, 2013, R&W Enterprises, Inc., appraised the property for $7,800.00. Parcel 814 contains a 1,000-square-foot easement for constructing and maintaining a new water line.
A settlement was reached in the amount of $9,800. The quoted purchase price is a negotiated figure representing a litigation avoidance settlement which eliminates additional costs for litigation. Please see the attached Cost Avoidance Analysis for justification.
