Authorization for Chairman to execute Final Authorization of Road Impact Fee Credit in the total amount of $191,634.05 for eligible road construction cost on U.S. Highway 301 at 51st Avenue East, per Impact Fee Credit Authorization CA-14-01(T).

Manatee County Land Development Code Chapter 8, Impact Fees, Section 807, Credits
Chapter 8, Section 807, of the Manatee County Land Development Code provides for authorization by the Board of County Commissioners for Impact Fee Credits for contributions, payments, construction, or dedications made to Manatee County against applicable components of the impact fees.
As part of the construction of the Goodwill Corporate Campus on the north east corner of US Highway 301 and 51st Avenue East (PDC-13-04/FSP-13-11), US 301 / 51st Ave E, LLLP, was required to lengthen the southbound left turn lane and the northbound right turn lane on U.S. Highway 301 at its intersection with 51st Avenue East.
The required improvements have been completed and verified by Public Works staff. The creditable cost of said improvements has been determined by staff to be $191,634.05.
The stipulated improvements were made in Impact Fee Road Benefit District "SE."
