Accept and Record Warranty Deed from LAKEWOOD RANCH STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT for property located at Malachite Drive and Pope Road for road improvements; Record Affidavit of Ownership and Encumbrances from LAKEWOOD RANCH STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT; and Record Consent from LAKEWOOD RANCH STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT.
Florida Statutes FS 125. Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasted vehicular demands.
The name of this project is Pope Road Phase 2A and Malachite Drive Phase 2. As part of the Development Agreement, LAKEWOOD RANCH STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT is required to dedicate these segments of right of way to the County.
The area for this dedication contains 638,546 square feet or 14.65 acres, more or less.
A Performance Bond for this right of way improvement was submitted by Public Works Department and approved by the BOCC on March 26, 2013.
The subject property is located east of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and north of State Road 70.
