Authorization for the Chairman to execute amended Final Authorization of Road Impact Fee Credit #CA-15-01(T), approving additional credit of $802,000.00 for land dedication enabling the
construction of Harrison Ranch Boulevard.

LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE CHAPTER 11 / IMPACT FEES SECTION 1106 / CREDITS AGAINST IMPACT FEES
Chapter 11, Section 1106, of the Manatee County Land Development Code provides for authorization by the Board of County Commissioners for Impact Fee Credits for contributions, payments, construction, or dedications made to Manatee County against applicable components of the impact fees.
As part of the development of the Harrison Ranch community in north eastern Manatee County, Pulte Homes was required to construct Harrison Ranch Boulevard. The creditable cost of the construction of this roadway was determined to be $301,023.61, and Pulte was awarded transportation impact fee credit in this amount by the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County on January 26, 2016.
Pulte also dedicated 23.61 acres to the County for the construction of Harrison Ranch Boulevard. County staff has determined that 13.97 acres of this property, which was dedicated via plat (Plat Book 49, pages 76 - 90; and, Plat Book 51, pages 80 - 122), is creditable. Staff has further determined that the value of the creditable dedication, which is located in Transportation Impact Fee Benefit District "NE," is $802,000.00.
