Enabling/Regulating Authority
Florida Statutes Chapter 125.  Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 9.5 addresses the potable water system.

Background Discussion
  • On June 20, 2017, the Board of County Commissioners executed a contract from Alan Ward Reasoner for $96,500.00.
  • The parcel that is needed is improved with a single-family residence and a plant nursery located at 2401 Twin Rivers Trail, Parrish, Florida. 
  • The project requires a partial purchase of 32,307 square feet along the northern property line to construct the water main connection.  The acquisition is required for the Mulholland Waterline Connection Project 404-6046270.
  • The real estate transaction has closed.  This agenda item is to accept the conveyance documents and record the documents in Board Records.
