Action Requested
Accept and Record Warranty Deed from Enjoy Faith Ang and New Blossom Ang for property located at 4400 45th Street East and 4411 44th Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida 34203, for the purpose of roadway improvements on the 44th Avenue East project.

Enabling/Regulating Authority
Chapters 125 and 127, Florida Statutes, Manatee County Comprehensive Plan Goal 5.1 addresses the safety and efficiency of forecasting vehicular demands.

Background Discussion
On November 19, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners executed a contract in the amount of $108,000.00 for the purchase of 18,954 square feet of land required for the 44th Avenue East CIP project.
